Alex Foster has just opened his criminal defense attorney practice in Rockville, Maryland. It's located in Montgomery County. He was a prosecutor for close to 20 years, and has more experience working both sides of the law then any other defense attorney in the County.

Had I known how to contact you, I would have referred a good law school friend of mine to you just last week - his 21 y.o. daughter blew 0.14, first offense, good kid - en route home from party during school break.
